●Alloy Preparation: High-purity copper is alloyed with precise chromium and zirconium additions in controlled induction furnaces.
●Casting: Semi-continuous casting produces large ingots with homogeneous composition and minimal segregation.
●Hot Extrusion: High-tonnage presses extrude the material into round bars, refining grain structure and achieving high density.
●Solution Heat Treatment: Bars are solution annealed at high temperature and rapidly quenched to create a supersaturated matrix.
●Cold Working & Aging: Controlled drawing followed by precipitation aging develops optimal hardness, strength, and conductivity balance.
●Finishing: Precision straightening, turning, and cutting ensure excellent straightness and tight dimensional tolerances.
●Surface Protection: Final cleaning and light oiling prevent oxidation during storage and global shipping.
