• What does Cymber Metal's ISO 9001:2015 certificate cover?

  The certificate issued to CYMBER METAL CO., LTD. covers the certified scope of sales of metal products (excluding the scope of qualifications). It relates to the company’s quality management system within that stated scope. It does not replace product-specific material test certificates, inspection reports, drawings, or purchase-order requirements.

• What is the difference between ISO 9001 certification and an SGS inspection report?

  ISO 9001:2015 certification evaluates a quality management system within a defined organizational scope. An SGS inspection report records testing or inspection performed for a specified sample, batch, product, or inspection scope. ISO supports confidence in the management system, while an SGS report provides order- or sample-specific evidence. Neither replaces the agreed material specification or MTC.

• What quality documents can Cymber Metal provide?

  Depending on the alloy, product form, standard, production route, and purchase-order requirements, the document package may include a Material Test Certificate (MTC), chemical composition results, mechanical or conductivity test data, dimensional inspection records, heat-treatment records where applicable, SGS or other third-party inspection reports, and shipment documents. The required package should be confirmed during the RFQ or before order release.

• Can inspection documents be reviewed before shipment?

  Yes. Pre-shipment document review can be arranged according to the agreed purchase order and inspection plan. Buyers can specify required inspection points, sampling method, certificate format, approval workflow, and shipment-release conditions. Providing these requirements at the RFQ or order stage allows Cymber Metal to confirm which records can be prepared and when they will be available.

• How is material traceability maintained?

  Material traceability is organized around available batch or heat information and related production and inspection records. Depending on the order, buyers may request heat numbers, certificate references, inspection results, sample-retention details, or third-party verification records. Traceability requirements should be defined before production or shipment so the required fields and document format can be confirmed in writing.

• What inspections are typically performed on copper and alloy products?

  Typical inspection items may include chemical composition, mechanical properties, electrical conductivity where relevant, hardness, dimensions, tolerances, surface condition, flatness, packaging, and marking. Non-destructive or internal-soundness checks may also be considered when required. The applicable tests depend on the alloy grade, product form, standard, drawing, application, and agreed inspection plan.

• Can Cymber Metal follow customer-specific quality requirements?

  Customer-specific requirements can be reviewed before quotation and order confirmation. Please provide the material grade, standard, temper, dimensions, tolerances, surface condition, quantity, application, inspection level, certificate requirements, destination, and any drawings or quality clauses. Cymber Metal can then assess the applicable supply and inspection route and identify items requiring technical or commercial confirmation.

• What happens if delivered material does not meet the agreed requirements?

  Any suspected nonconformity should be reported with the order number, batch or heat reference, inspection evidence, photographs where relevant, and a description of the deviation. The case can then be reviewed against the agreed specification and inspection records. The corrective-action, replacement, or other resolution route depends on the verified facts and applicable order terms.
