●Hot Rolling: Ingots are hot rolled into wide slabs, refining grain structure and achieving initial thickness.
●Cold Rolling: Multiple passes produce final thickness with smooth surfaces and tight dimensional tolerances.
●Annealing: Protective atmosphere annealing optimizes ductility and conductivity while relieving internal stresses.
●Precision Fabrication: CNC cutting, punching, bending, and edge chamfering create exact lengths, hole patterns, and custom shapes.
●Optional Tin Plating: Uniform tin coating is applied for enhanced corrosion resistance and improved solderability.
●Final Cleaning & Packaging: Busbars are thoroughly cleaned and securely bundled with protective interleaving to prevent damage during global shipping.
