Typical Component Manufacturing Process Flow

Complete in-house production from melting to precision forging and machining, with full traceability for every batch of copper alloy components

1. Blank Preparation & Heating
Premium raw materials are selected based on strict chemical composition requirements. Billets are pre-heated to their optimal forging temperatures. We manufacture and supply Cymber Metal's full range of products, including high-purity copper, beryllium copper, chromium zirconium copper, naval brass, and a complete series of industrial aluminum alloys.

2. Heavy Pneumatic Forging

 Raw ingots undergo immense pressure from our heavy pneumatic forging hammers. This critical process eliminates internal porosity, refines the internal grain structure, and significantly maximizes the physical yield strength and fatigue resistance of the non-ferrous alloys.

3. Precision Blanking & Cutting

 Forged blocks and extrusions are transferred to our cutting center. Utilizing heavy-duty CNC band saws, we perform high-precision initial blanking. This step minimizes material waste and leaves highly accurate machining allowances for any subsequent CNC milling or turning operations.

4. Heavy-Duty Rolling & Elongation (When applicable)

For orders requiring specific thicknesses and mechanical properties, materials are processed through our heavy-duty rolling mills. Precision pressure control guarantees an excellent surface finish, exact dimensional uniformity, and optimized structural integrity across all metal plates and strips.

5. Quality Inspection & Non-Destructive Testing

Quality is non-negotiable at this stage. Every single batch of material undergoes 100% SGS testing. Furthermore, all forged products are subjected to rigorous Ultrasonic Testing (UT) to guarantee zero internal defects. A comprehensive Material Test Certificate (MTC) is generated to verify chemical and physical compliance.

6. Inventory Management & Storage

Premium semi-finished stock, such as large high-conductivity pure copper coils and forged blanks, are safely stored in our massive, permanent warehouse facilities distributed strategically across Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces. This dual-hub system eliminates lead-time anxiety and ensures rapid dispatch readiness.

7. Pre-Delivery & Commercial Operations

Final dimensional checks and protective packaging are completed.
