Production integrates advanced cladding technology with precision rolling to ensure a strong, reliable bond on both sides:

●Material Preparation: High-purity aluminum core and C11000 copper sheets are selected and machined to create precise mating surfaces.
●Cladding Process: Explosion bonding or roll bonding creates a true metallurgical bond at the atomic level on both sides of the aluminum core.
●Hot Rolling / Consolidation: Controlled rolling further strengthens the interfaces while maintaining excellent electrical continuity.
●Annealing: Protective atmosphere annealing relieves residual stresses and optimizes conductivity without compromising the bond.
●Precision Finishing: Plates are leveled, cut to size, and edges chamfered as required; optional tin plating is applied for enhanced corrosion resistance.
●Surface Treatment: Final cleaning ensures pristine surfaces ready for immediate use.
●Packaging: Plates are interleaved with protective film and securely crated to arrive undamaged and ready for fabrication.
