●Heat Treatment: Annealing cycles optimize hardness, ductility, and eliminate extrusion stresses.
●Straightening & Finishing: Mechanical straightening achieves excellent linearity; optional peeling or grinding enhances surface quality.
●Cutting & Protection: Precision sawing to specified lengths, with ends chamfered and surfaces protected against oxidation.
●Final Packaging: Bars are bundled securely and wrapped to prevent damage during international shipping.
