●Annealing Control: Intermediate annealing in protective atmosphere ensures optimal grain structure and conductivity without brittleness.
●Precision Cutting: Bars are sheared or sawn to length with accurate, square ends; edges are chamfered to prevent injury and improve fit.
●Hole Processing (Optional): CNC drilling adds customized mounting holes for direct cabinet integration.
●Surface Cleaning: Thorough degreasing removes residues, delivering clean, oxide-free surfaces ready for connections.
●Final Straightening: Roller leveling guarantees exceptional flatness across the wide face.
●Protective Measures: Bars are interleaved and bundled securely to maintain pristine condition during worldwide shipping.
