Key process features
Manufacturing integrates precision rolling with controlled electroplating for consistent quality:
●Copper Base Production: High-purity electrolytic copper is hot rolled into flat bars, followed by cold reduction for accurate thickness and smooth surfaces.
●Surface Preparation: Thorough cleaning and activation remove oxides and prepare the copper for optimal plating adhesion.
●Electro-Tin Plating: Uniform tin layer is deposited in automated baths, with thickness monitored for even coverage and bright finish.
●Rinsing & Drying: Multiple rinses eliminate residues, followed by controlled drying to prevent defects.
●Fabrication: CNC punching or drilling adds mounting holes as specified; edges are deburred for safety.
●Final Inspection & Protection: Each bar undergoes visual and dimensional checks before protective packaging.
●Secure Shipping: Bars are interleaved and bundled to arrive in perfect condition worldwide.
