Key process features

The manufacturing process combines modern rolling technology with precise annealing for optimal grain structure:
●Continuous Casting: High-quality cathodes and returns are melted and cast into slabs with controlled cooling to minimize segregation.
●Hot Rolling: Slabs are heated and rolled to intermediate thickness, breaking down the cast structure.
●Cold Rolling: Multiple passes reduce thickness to final gauge, improving surface finish and mechanical properties.
●Annealing: Intermediate and final annealing in protective atmosphere restores ductility and achieves desired temper (e.g., H02, H04).
●Slitting & Leveling: Coils are precision slit to width and leveled for flatness.
●Surface Treatment: Optional cleaning, polishing, or coating applied based on requirements.
●Coiling & Packaging: Strips are coiled or cut to length, then securely packaged to prevent damage during international shipping.
