The plates are produced through a fully controlled process: semi-continuous casting → heavy-tonnage hot forging for billet opening → multi-pass hot rolling with repeated intermediate annealing → precision cold rolling → continuous tension leveling and bright annealing. This ensures refined and uniform grain structure, dense microstructure, and freedom from lamination and internal cracks.

Key Quality Control Measures

● Raw materials: national standard Grade-A electrolytic copper + high-purity zinc ingots, total impurities ≤ 0.03%;
● Hot rolling parameters (reduction per pass, temperature, and speed) under closed-loop control; plate shape tolerance kept within ±0.10 mm;
● Full elemental analysis per heat using Spectro (Germany) direct-reading spectrometer; oxygen/nitrogen/hydrogen content determined by LECO analyzer;
● 100% ultrasonic testing of every plate in accordance with GB/T 5777 Level C8 (or equivalent EN 14114 Level 1) to guarantee zero internal defects;
● Surface after bright annealing: Ra ≤ 0.4 μm, free of oxidation color, oil spots, or roll marks — suitable for direct precision machining without additional treatment.
