Our forged pure copper plates are produced through controlled hot forging to deliver superior density, strength, and conductivity compared to rolled plates, making them the preferred choice for demanding electrical and thermal applications.

Key process features

The forging process is designed to enhance material properties while maintaining the inherent advantages of pure copper:
●Billet Selection: High-purity copper ingots or pre-rolled slabs are carefully selected and inspected for composition.
●Preheating: Billets are uniformly heated to optimal forging temperature to ensure proper plasticity.
●Hot Forging: Multiple passes under high-tonnage presses reduce thickness and refine the internal structure, eliminating voids and improving grain flow.
●Controlled Cooling: Slow cooling prevents cracking and preserves ductility.
●Stress-Relief Annealing: Heat treatment removes residual stresses and optimizes conductivity.
●Surface Preparation: Plates are milled or ground to achieve flatness and precise thickness.
●Final Finishing & Protection: Light cleaning and protective coating applied to maintain surface quality during storage and transport.
