Manufactured through a fully integrated process of horizontal continuous casting → hot rolling → multi-pass cold rolling → intermediate annealing → tension leveling → precision slitting. Coil weights up to 8-12 metric tons minimize roll changes and joint losses in customer production lines.

● Flatness: ≤ 2 I-unit (vs. ≤ 6 I-unit per international standards)
● Surface: free of oil spots, oxidation discoloration, and roll marks; suitable for direct high-precision stamping, photochemical etching, and forming operations.

Quality Assurance – Closed-Loop Control Throughout

● Raw material: 100% primary cathode copper (Japan/Korea origin) + SHG zinc ingots; direct-reading spectrometer analysis performed on every heat
● In-process: continuous eddy-current flaw detection, laser thickness gauging, and automatic shape measurement with real-time data upload to MES
● Final inspection: head, middle, and tail samples taken from each coil for full mechanical properties, grain size, and surface roughness (Ra ≤ 0.3 μm) testing
● Third-party certificates (SGS, BV, AHK) and EN 10204 Type 3.1 material certificates available upon request
