●Hot Extrusion: Billets are extruded to form mother tubes with refined grain structure.
●Cold Drawing: Multiple draw passes reduce diameter and wall thickness while improving surface finish and tolerances.
●Annealing Cycles: Intermediate and final annealing in controlled atmosphere restores ductility and optimizes mechanical properties.
●Straightening & Cutting: Tubes are straightened for excellent linearity and cut to specified lengths with clean ends.
●Surface Finishing: Light cleaning or polishing ensures smooth internal and external surfaces.
●Protection & Packaging: Tubes are bundled with end caps and protective wrapping for safe international transport.
