Phosphorus-Free Oxygen-Free Copper Straight Tube (TU1/TU2) – Technical Supplement
Manufactured from high-purity oxygen-free copper cathode (Cu ≥ 99.97%, oxygen ≤ 10 ppm), the tubes are produced by continuous up-cast process followed by planetary rolling, multi-pass cold drawing with intermediate annealing, and final precision drawing. No phosphorus-containing deoxidizer is used throughout the process, ensuring fine and uniform grain structure with consistently high electrical and thermal conductivity.

● Upward continuous casting under inert gas protection with graphite die, eliminating gas porosity and oxide inclusions
● Total reduction ratio ≥ 95% through planetary rolling and multi-pass drawing, achieving concentricity ≤ 0.03 mm and wall thickness tolerance ≤ ±0.03 mm
● 100% eddy current testing on every coil (compliant with EN 1971 Class A)
● Pressure testing (hydrostatic or pneumatic) up to 60 bar with zero leakage
