Key process features
Manufacturing uses advanced hot working and heat treatment techniques to achieve dense, uniform bars with optimized microstructure:
●Alloy Melting: High-purity copper, aluminum, nickel, and iron are melted with precise control to achieve exact composition and clean melt.
●Casting & Hot Working: Semi-continuous casting followed by hot extrusion or forging produces dense blanks with minimal defects.
●Heat Treatment: Solution annealing and quenching (TQ50 or similar temper) to maximize strength, hardness, and toughness.
●Hot Reduction: Controlled hot working refines grain structure and achieves final dimensions.
●Stress Relieving: Optional tempering relieves residual stresses for improved stability.
●Finish Machining: Turning, peeling, or grinding delivers precise diameter and surface finish (Ra 1.6–3.2 μm typical).
●Cutting & Protection: Custom length cutting with clean ends; surfaces lightly oiled or wrapped to prevent oxidation during storage and shipping.

• Dimensional accuracy (micrometers, ultrasonic gauges, straightness checks)
• Surface finish and defect inspection (visual + magnetic particle or dye penetrant)
• Internal soundness (ultrasonic testing on all bars)
