Product Supplementary Description for Brass Bushings/Sleeves
Material: H62/H65 high-precision continuously extruded or forged brass bar, ensuring stable chemical composition, fine grain structure, free of inclusions and porosity.
Manufacturing Process
● Machined by CNC lathe combined with precision cam automatic lathes in one-time clamping to complete OD, ID, faces and chamfers, achieving coaxiality ≤0.01mm and cylindricity ≤0.008mm.
● For high-precision requirements, centerless grinding or internal honing processes are added to consistently achieve surface finish Ra0.4~Ra0.8.
● Critical dimensions are 100% inspected using automated optical measuring systems and CMM.
Quality Control
● Each batch of raw material is accompanied by third-party spectral analysis and mechanical property reports, traceable to the original heat number.
● SPC (Statistical Process Control) is implemented throughout production with key characteristic CpK ≥1.67.
● Pre-shipment batch testing includes salt spray test (NSS 48–96 hours per customer requirement), hydrogen embrittlement test, and torque/pressing force verification.
