We specialize in manufacturing high-precision TP2 (C12200) copper pancake coils for air-conditioning, refrigeration, heat exchangers, seawater desalination, and industrial fluid systems.

Manufacturing Process

● Raw material: high-purity cathode copper (Cu ≥ 99.95%)
● Continuous melting and upcast horizontal casting to produce billets with fine, uniform grain structure, free of porosity and inclusions
● Multi-pass planetary rolling combined with precision multi-die drawing; dimensional tolerance consistently within ±0.02 mm, wall thickness concentricity ≤ 3%
● Continuous in-line eddy current testing followed by bright annealing under protective hydrogen atmosphere, achieving inner/outer surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μm and residual carbon ≤ 0.03 mg/dm², completely oxide-free and oil-free
● High-precision automatic coiling ensures neat layer winding; single coil weight 300–500 kg available for seamless integration with customer automated feeding and expansion processes

Quality Control System

● Manufactured to GB/T 17791-2017, ASTM B280/B68/B743, or customer-specific standards
● Full traceability from copper cathode lot through finished coil (furnace number → batch → coil number via QR code)
● 100% in-line eddy current testing (EN 1971 Class A compliant) + 30 bar pneumatic pressure test on every coil
● Third-party inspection reports (SGS, BV, TÜV) available upon request
● Supplied conditions: soft annealed (R220/R240), half-hard (R250), or hard (R290) consistently achievable
