In Stock C63000 Copper Alloy Bronze Round Bar Rod Nickel Aluminium Bronze
Ni-Al Bronze Bar (C95800 / CuAl10Fe5Ni5-C) – Technical Product Specification
The material is produced by continuous or semi-continuous casting followed by multi-pass hot extrusion and cold drawing/finishing processes to ensure dense microstructure, free from porosity and non-metallic inclusions, with uniform grain size. Chemical composition is tightly controlled within ±0.15% for critical elements (Ni, Al, Fe) in full compliance with ASTM B148, EN 1982, or GB/T 12225, with total impurities below 0.10%.
Full-process quality control is implemented
● Melting performed in medium-frequency induction furnace with flux covering and argon shielding; oxygen content <10 ppm;
● 100% ultrasonic testing of cast billets (per ASTM B584 Class 1);
● Triple solution annealing + aging heat treatment after extrusion to optimize α and κ phase distribution, achieving consistent hardness HB180-240;
● Each batch subjected to tensile, impact, intergranular corrosion (ASTM G110), stress corrosion (ASTM G36/G44) testing, with third-party inspection (SGS/Pony) and 3.1 certificate per EN 10204.
Typical properties (φ30-200 mm)
● Tensile strength ≥ 690 MPa
● Yield strength ≥ 330 MPa
● Elongation ≥ 12%
● Seawater corrosion rate ≤ 0.02 mm/year (40-year equivalent)
Suitable for heavy-duty marine propellers, valve stems, high-strength corrosion-resistant pump shafts, and critical seawater-exposed structural components in naval and offshore applications.
