We specialize in manufacturing high-precision tin bronze square bars using horizontal/vertical continuous casting or semi-continuous casting processes to ensure uniform chemical composition, refined grain structure, and freedom from internal porosity and inclusions. Billets are further processed through multi-pass hot extrusion followed by multiple cold-drawing cycles, achieving dimensional tolerances of ±0.05 mm and diagonal tolerances ≤0.10 mm, with consistent corner radii on all four faces.

Full-process quality control

● Raw materials: high-purity cathode copper + phosphorus-deoxidized copper + refined tin ingots; chemical composition verified by optical emission spectrometry for each heat, with critical elements (Sn, P, Pb, etc.) controlled within ±0.02 %.
● In-line infrared temperature monitoring and electromagnetic stirring during casting eliminate segregation and looseness.
● 100 % ultrasonic inspection per heat in accordance with EN 1972 Class B or equivalent standards, ensuring absence of internal cracks or shrinkage defects.
● Mechanical properties tested and reported per heat: typical values ≥550 MPa tensile strength, ≥15 % elongation (grade dependent), with full test certificates provided.
● Clean, scale-free surface finish; optional polished or protective film wrapping available to meet high-speed stamping and precision machining requirements.
