High Quality C83600 Casting Tin Bronze Sheet 2mm 3mm 4mm 5mm 20mm 30mm-100mm High-Hardness Tin Bronze Alloy Plates
Tin Bronze (Phosphor Bronze) Strip/Sheet – C5191 / C5210 / C5240
Our phosphor bronze strips and sheets are manufactured through a fully continuous production line: vacuum induction melting of high-purity cathode copper and tin, precise multi-stage alloy composition control, hot rolling, multiple cold-rolling passes, solution treatment + precipitation hardening under protective atmosphere, followed by slitting and cut-to-length finishing—all conducted in Class 10,000 cleanroom environment. This ensures fine and uniform grain structure, controlled precipitate distribution, and highly consistent mechanical properties.
Key Quality Control Measures
● Raw material: Each heat verified by both direct-reading spectrometer and ICP-MS; Sn content deviation controlled within ±0.02%
● In-process: Total cold reduction precisely maintained between 92–98%; real-time eddy current flaw detection + X-ray residual stress measurement achieve zero internal defect tolerance
● Heat treatment: Continuous protective-atmosphere furnace with aging temperature fluctuation ≤ ±3 °C, resulting in hardness variation ≤ 3 HV and elastic modulus consistency ≥ 99.5% within the same batch
● Final inspection: 100% testing per coil for 0.2% yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, repeated bending life, electrical conductivity, and surface roughness Ra; third-party reports (SGS / BV / TÜV) available upon request
● Dimensional precision: Thickness tolerance stably held at ±0.005 mm; flatness ≤ 1I unit (highest international standard)
Typical applications include high-reliability components such as relay springs in new-energy vehicles, RF connector contacts for 5G infrastructure, lead frames for high-power semiconductors, and precision instrument elastic elements—where superior fatigue life, stress relaxation resistance, and conductivity consistency are non-negotiable.
We focus on traceable process data and long-term batch-to-batch stability rather than marketing slogans. We welcome requests for recent batch inspection reports, metallographic analysis, and precipitate characterization data to support your stringent incoming material qualification requirements.
