Aluminum Busbar / Flat Bar – Product Technical Supplement
Production Process: We use high-purity primary aluminum ingot (Al≥99.7%) as raw material. The complete process includes continuous casting → hot rolling → cold rolling → intermediate annealing → finishing (stretching-bending-straightening) → precision sawing/shearing. Hot rolling start temperature 420-480°C, final cold rolling thickness tolerance controlled within ±0.05 mm. Full-line AGC (Automatic Gauge Control) and CPC (Crown & Shape Control) systems are applied to guarantee flatness ≤5 I-units. All critical dimensions (width, thickness, diagonal difference) are 100% monitored by online laser measurement system with full traceability.
Quality Control
1.Raw Material: Every heat of molten aluminum is tested by direct-reading spectrometer and hydrogen analyzer before casting.
2.In-process: Fixed inspection stations are set at casting, hot rolling, cold rolling, annealing and finishing stages, equipped with A-scan ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing, surface roughness tester, etc.
3.Finished Product: 100% dimensional inspection, visual surface inspection, electrical conductivity test (IACS≥61%), and mechanical property sampling (tensile strength, elongation, yield strength) are performed on every coil/piece before shipment.
4.System: Certified to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. All inspection records are retained for minimum 10 years. EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 certificates can be provided upon request.
