Core Manufacturing Processes

● Raw material: high-purity oxygen-free copper (Cu ≥ 99.97%, oxygen ≤ 10 ppm) or T2 electrolytic copper
● Process capabilities: hot extrusion + multi-pass cold drawing, continuous extrusion (Conform), precision CNC machining, waterjet cutting, draw-bending, etc.
● Cross-sectional tolerance down to ±0.02 mm – ±0.05 mm; bending radius accuracy ≤ 0.1 mm
● Maximum single-piece weight up to 800 kg, length up to 14 m
● Full in-house capability from tool design → extrusion/drawing → straightening → precision finishing → surface treatment
