H59h62 Brass Rod, Solid Cylindrical Copper Rod, 150mm Large Diameter Copper Rod H59 Wear-resistant Hexagonal Forged Copper Rod
Forged Brass Materials and Components
We specialize in the production and supply of forged brass (hot forged brass). Closed-die forging process is employed to ensure thorough plastic deformation under high temperature, resulting in refined grain structure, dense microstructure, and mechanical properties significantly superior to conventional extruded or continuously cast brass.
Core Manufacturing Process
● Raw materials: high-purity electrolytic copper and zinc ingots of grades H59, H62, C37700, C38000, etc., with strict control of Pb, Fe, P and other impurities
● Induction furnace melting + semi-continuous casting for ingots, ensuring no porosity or inclusions inside billets
● 1600T–4000T hot forging presses with closed-die forging, three-blow forming, forging ratio ≥ 4:1
● Post-forging controlled cooling + triple tempering heat treatment to eliminate residual stress and stabilize dimensions
● Precision CNC machining centers for subsequent turning, milling, drilling and grinding, achieving geometric tolerances within ±0.01 mm
Quality Control System
● Full implementation of IATF 16949 quality management system
● Equipped with direct-reading spectrometer (OES), metallographic microscope, Brinell/Rockwell hardness testers, X-ray flaw detector, and CMM
● Third-party test reports (SGS/BV/TÜV optional) provided for each batch
● Key performance indicators: tensile strength ≥ 450 MPa, elongation ≥ 20%, grain size ≤ 0.025 mm, forging density ≥ 99.5%
● 100% NDT + full dimensional inspection; batch acceptance rate consistently above 99.98%
Suitable for high-strength, high-corrosion-resistance, and high-conductivity applications including fluid valves, pipe fittings, electrical connectors, marine hardware, and precision instrument structural components under demanding conditions.
We do not rely on flashy marketing slogans. Long-term partnerships with major international engineering projects and OEM manufacturers are built solely on verifiable data and consistent batch-to-batch quality.
Technical data sheets, forging process videos, or factory audits can be arranged at any time upon request.
