The warehouse operates three fully automated domestic slitting lines, each capable of handling maximum width 1650 mm, thickness 0.08–3.0 mm, and line speed up to 350 m/min. The three lines provide mutual backup and capacity expansion, supporting genuine 24/7 production when required.

Complete Automatic Copper Coil Slitting Process
• 0.10 × 32.0 mm C7025 Cu-Ni alloy, width tolerance ±0.02 mm, burr ≤ 0.008 mm, delivered >300 tons consecutively for high-end automotive connectors with zero batch-related claims. • 0.80 × 120.0 mm T2 pure copper, width ±0.03 mm, zero longitudinal scratches, used for high-current busbar fabrication. • 0.15 × 19.0 mm C2680 brass, 20 strips in parallel, telescoping ≤ 0.5 mm, supplied for 5G base-station RF cable braiding.
