Surface-Coated Oxygen-Free Copper Busbar
Manufactured from high-purity oxygen-free copper (Cu ≥ 99.95%) through continuous extrusion followed by conform drawing process, ensuring fine grain structure, electrical conductivity ≥ 98% IACS, and resistivity ≤ 0.0172 Ω·mm²/m.
Available surface coatings
● Silver plating (thickness 5–20 μm, customizable according to current density)
● Tin plating (thickness 5–30 μm, hot-tin or electro-tin process with excellent oxidation resistance)
● Nickel plating (thickness 3–15 μm, high hardness, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant)
Full-process quality control
● 100% direct-reading spectrum analysis and oxygen content testing on incoming raw materials
● 100% eddy-current flaw detection after extrusion to eliminate internal cracks
● Coating thickness measured point-by-point using X-ray fluorescence thickness tester; uniformity ≤ ±8%
● Coating adhesion tested per GB/T 5270 with repeated 180° bending and thermal shock (288 °C × 10 min); no peeling or cracking
● Third-party test reports (SGS, Pony, etc. available) provided for each batch, covering conductivity, coating thickness, adhesion, dimensional tolerances, etc.
Specifically designed for power distribution projects above 500 kVA, new-energy energy storage systems, rail transit, and industrial electrolysis applications. Maximum single-bar dimension up to 300 mm × 30 mm × 6000 mm, capable of continuous operation above 4000 A per bar. Stable lead time for bulk orders; customized layout drawings and busbar bridge fabrication services available upon request.
