High-Precision Brass Tube – Product Specification Supplement

We specialize in manufacturing brass tubes in grades H65, H62, H59 and others, with diameters ranging from Φ4 mm to Φ180 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 30 mm. Available forms include straight lengths, coils, and U-bend tubes.

Manufacturing Process Tubes are produced via horizontal continuous casting followed by three-roll planetary rolling and multi-pass cold drawing/cold pilgering to achieve fine-grained, homogeneous microstructure. The extrusion + heavy cold-working route ensures excellent mechanical properties and superior formability. Every production lot undergoes 100% eddy-current testing plus hydrostatic or pneumatic pressure testing to eliminate internal cracks, inclusions, orange-peel surface, or other defects.

Quality Control

● Raw materials: Only No.1 cathode copper (Yunnan Tin / Jiangxi Copper) and high-purity zinc ingots; total impurities ≤ 80 ppm
● Dimensional tolerance: ±0.03 mm as standard (tighter tolerance ±0.015 mm available on request)
● Surface finish: Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, cleanliness meeting medical and refrigeration-grade requirements
● Full traceability from melt to finished product; third-party test reports (SGS, BV, TÜV, etc.) available with each shipment
● Typical properties: Tensile strength ≥ 360 MPa, elongation ≥ 38%, grain size ≤ 0.025 mm, 100% pass on flaring, flattening, and bending tests

Applications include high-performance heat exchangers, marine seawater piping systems, precision instruments, industrial condensers, and high-pressure valve components where zero-failure reliability is critical.
We focus on stable, high-volume supply and technical support for large-scale projects, OEMs, and system integrators. Lot sizes of 80–200 metric tons with controlled lead times are standard.
