1.Melting & Casting: High-purity A00 aluminum ingot (Al≥99.7%) with advanced degassing and fluxing; hydrogen content consistently ≤0.12ml/100gAl
2.Continuous extrusion followed by multi-pass drawing for grain refinement (grain size 1-2 achievable)
3.100% online eddy-current testing for internal cracks, inclusions, and porosity
4.Multi-roller precision straightening: straightness ≤0.1mm/m
5.Precision cutting, chamfering, and end-face finishing: cut-length tolerance ±0.05mm, burr-free ends
