Direct Manufacturer C18150 High-Hardness Wear-Resistant Chromium Zirconium Copper Plate Copper Alloy Bars
Chromium Zirconium Copper (C18150/CuCrZr) Plate
Produced through a complete process of vacuum melting, forging blooming, multi-pass hot/cold rolling, followed by solution treatment and precision aging. This ensures uniform distribution of alloying elements, refined grain structure, and freedom from segregation and internal defects. Available in thicknesses 2–150 mm, widths up to 1200 mm, and single-plate weights up to 3 tons.
Quality Control Throughout the Entire Process
● Raw materials: high-purity cathode copper with vacuum oxygen-free addition of Cr and Zr; total impurities controlled below 150 ppm
● Each heat undergoes direct-reading spectrometry and ICP full-element analysis; grain size and precipitate distribution examined by metallurgical microscope
● Heat treatment performed in programmable vacuum/protective-atmosphere furnaces with temperature uniformity of ±3 °C, achieving hardness HRB 90–98, electrical conductivity ≥80% IACS, and softening resistance ≥550 °C
● 100% ultrasonic testing of finished plates (compliant with EN 10228-3 Class 3 or ASTM E214 Class AA); surface finish Ra ≤1.6 μm, free of cracks, inclusions, or orange-peel defects
Widely used in resistance welding electrodes under high current density, continuous-casting mold side plates, plastic mold inserts, power module water-cooled base plates, and other applications requiring an optimal combination of high electrical/thermal conductivity and elevated-temperature strength.
We focus on providing consistent, high-volume supply and dedicated technical support to major customers in rail transit, new-energy vehicles, industrial automation, semiconductor equipment, and related industries.
