We specialize in manufacturing aluminum bronze tubes in grades C95400, C95500, C95800 and equivalent Chinese standards, serving demanding applications including marine engineering, ship propellers and shafting systems, petrochemical corrosion-resistant piping, defense equipment, and high-end hydraulic systems.

Manufacturing Process

● Horizontal continuous casting combined with high-ratio hot extrusion ensures dense microstructure free from porosity and inclusions typical of traditional casting methods
● Multi-pass cold drawing/cold pilgering after extrusion achieves wall thickness tolerance within ±0.05 mm and surface finish Ra ≤ 0.8 μm
● Precisely controlled solution annealing + aging heat treatment delivers optimal combination of high strength (tensile strength ≥ 680 MPa) and excellent ductility/fatigue resistance
● Seamless and welded tubes available in OD 25–450 mm, wall thickness 5–80 mm, with single length up to 13 meters

Quality Control System

● Equipped with SPECTRO direct-reading spectrometer, LECO C/S analyzer, ZEISS metallurgical microscope, universal testing machine, and combined eddy current + ultrasonic NDT system for full traceability
● Third-party test reports provided with each batch (ABS, DNV-GL, CCS, BV, LR and other IACS member certifications available upon request)
● 100% re-inspection of critical properties: chemical composition, mechanical properties, grain size, corrosion resistance (ASTM G150 critical pitting potential), and NDT per EN 10246-7/ASTM E213
● Strictly implemented IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems; customer second-party and classification society third-party audits welcomed
