High-Precision Brass Gears – Engineered for Industrial-Grade Power Transmission
Manufacturing Process: Produced using state-of-the-art CNC machining centers and fully automated hobbing/shaping lines, consistently achieving gear accuracy of DIN 3962 Grade 6 or better (Grade 7 or Grade 5 available upon request). Raw materials are high-purity oxygen-free brass (C3604, CuZn39Pb3) or high-strength tin bronze (CuSn8, CuSn12). Cold pre-forming followed by precision hobbing significantly increases tooth surface density, reducing meshing noise and wear in service. All critical operations are performed in a temperature-controlled environment (22 ± 1 °C) to eliminate thermal deformation and ensure dimensional stability.
Quality Control: 100% automated full-profile inspection (profile, lead, spacing, runout, concentricity) using Zeiss CMM and Mahr gear measuring instruments. Complete inspection reports and spectral analysis of material composition are provided with every batch. Full traceability under IATF 16949 system; process capability CPK ≥ 1.67 for critical characteristics. PPAP Level 3 documentation, 8D reports, and third-party certifications (SGS/TÜV) available on request. From incoming raw material to finished goods, 12 critical control points are enforced, maintaining a lot acceptance rate above 99.98%.
We specialize in delivering reliable, fully traceable, cost-competitive brass transmission components to medium and large industrial customers.
