Deoxidized Phosphorus Copper Plate (C12200 / Cu-DHP)

We specialize in manufacturing high-performance phosphorus deoxidized copper plates for major clients in power transmission, new energy, heat exchange, and industrial conduction applications. Thickness range: 0.8–150 mm; maximum width: 1250 mm.

Production Process

● Raw material: high-purity cathode copper (Cu ≥ 99.95%)
● Phosphorus content strictly controlled within 0.015–0.040% to achieve complete deoxidation while eliminating risk of hot shortness
● Full process route: semi-continuous casting (or up-cast) → hot rolling → cold rolling → annealing
● Melting and casting under protective atmosphere with online degassing and filtration; typical gas content: hydrogen ≤ 1 ppm, oxygen ≤ 5 ppm
● 20-high precision cold rolling mill enables thickness tolerance of ±0.015 mm and flatness ≤ 2 I-unit (vs. standard ≤ 5 I-unit)

Quality Control System

● 100% direct-reading spectrometer analysis of incoming cathode copper; full traceability of each heat for 10 years
● In-process: 100% eddy-current testing after hot rolling; 100% laser thickness measurement and closed-loop annealing temperature control during cold rolling
● Finished product: per coil/sheet testing including chemical composition (OES), electrical conductivity (≥ 98% IACS by eddy current), mechanical properties, grain size, microstructure, and residual phosphorus content
● Manufactured and tested in full compliance with EN 13599, ASTM B152, JIS H3100 or customer-specific requirements
● Packaging: vacuum-sealed moisture barrier film + wooden pallet + steel strapping, suitable for long-distance ocean freight and extended storage
