Key Manufacturing Processes
● Raw material: High-purity electrolytic tough pitch (ETP) or oxygen-free copper ingots (Cu ≥ 99.99%)
● Melting: Medium-frequency induction furnace under vacuum or protective atmosphere to minimize gas content
● Forming routes: Hot forging/cold heading → Multi-station cold extrusion → Precision CNC turning-milling compound machining → Deburring + ultrasonic cleaning
● Surface finishing: Bright annealing, selective or full-area electroplating (Ag, Au, Sn, Ni) in accordance with IPC-4552/4553 standards
● Dimensional accuracy: Standard tolerance ±0.01 mm; critical features achievable to ±0.005 mm (part-dependent)
Quality Control System
● Operated under full IATF 16949 quality management system
● Incoming material: 100% direct-reading spectrometer composition analysis + hydrogen embrittlement and oxygen content testing
● Outgoing inspection: Conductivity (IACS%), plating thickness (X-Ray), adhesion (bend/thermal shock), salt-spray performance, full dimensional report, and Material Certificate 3.1 with full traceability to ingot batch
● Defect rate performance: DPPM < 50 for key account batches
