We specialize in manufacturing high-precision brass special-shaped tubes (sections including D-shape, oval, rectangular, bread tube, double-D, custom flow channels, etc.), widely used in instrumentation, automotive heat exchangers, HVAC & refrigeration, marine applications, precision guides, and high-end architectural decoration.

Core Manufacturing Process

● Raw material: high-purity oxygen-free H65/H62 brass, impurity content strictly controlled below 50 ppm
● Extrusion followed by multi-pass cold drawing/cold pilgering/cold rolling process, achieving dimensional tolerance of ±0.03 mm and wall thickness uniformity ≤5%
● Equipped with 20–3500 ton extrusion presses and over 30 sets of high-precision cold drawing/spinning/roller drawing lines, capable of one-step forming of any special-shaped section within inscribed circle Φ8–120 mm, eliminating welding defects
● Continuous bright annealing under protective atmosphere, resulting in oxide-free surface and internal surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, meeting high-cleanliness requirements
● Capable of producing sharp corners (minimum R0.2 mm), thin walls (down to 0.4 mm), and complex multi-cavity profiles upon request

Quality Control System

● Full implementation of IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 certified management systems
● Able to provide EN 10204 3.1/3.2 material certificates and third-party reports (SGS, RoHS, REACH, etc.) as required
● Critical dimension CPK ≥ 1.67; long-term consistency verified by multiple global Tier-1 customers
