Oxygen-Free / ETP Copper Plate (C10100 / C10200 / C11000) – Technical Supplement
We specialize in manufacturing high-quality copper plates for major clients in power & electrical, thermal management, new energy, and high-end equipment sectors. Thickness range: 0.8–200 mm; maximum width: 2000 mm.
Key Manufacturing Process
● Raw material: Only premium electrolytic copper (≥99.97% Cu) from top-tier domestic refiners; harmful impurities (Bi, Pb, S, P) strictly controlled below 10 ppm.
● Melting & casting: Horizontal continuous casting combined with semi-continuous casting to ensure uniform grain structure and zero internal porosity in heavy plates.
● Hot rolling: Multi-pass heavy-reduction hot rolling at 850–900 °C for excellent plate shape (flatness ≤3 mm/m).
● Cold rolling & annealing: High-precision reversible cold rolling + protective-atmosphere bell annealing to achieve oxide-free, orange-peel-free surface.
● Finishing: Flying shear, double-face milling, stretch-bend leveling, waterjet/laser cutting. Dimensional tolerance ±0.05 mm and surface roughness Ra ≤0.4 μm available on request.
Quality Control Highlights
● Full batch traceability: Every heat, every casting, and every finished plate is permanently archived.
● Third-party verification: Each lot is tested by SGS, BV, or the National Analysis Center for Iron & Steel / Nonferrous Metals before shipment. Full test reports (chemical composition, conductivity, grain size, surface quality) supplied with delivery.
● Actual performance (12-month average):
1. Electrical conductivity: 101.0–102.5% IACS (C10200)
2. Elongation: ≥38% (H02 temper)
3. Grain size: 0.015–0.035 mm
4. Oxygen content: ≤3 ppm (C10100)
● Zero tolerance for Class-A defects (internal porosity, inclusions, delamination, cracks) — 100% rejection of affected batches.
